Jeddah Airport Grand Opening Show (project)
The Boy and the Man who flies
In Jeddah, it’s time to open officially the brand-new King Abdulaziz International Airport. VIPs are gathered inside the main hall and attend the opening ceremony. Speech after speech, they discover the original architecture of this facility and its cutting-edge features. Nothing unusual. Until the airport, itself, decides to get involved.
It wait to meet its future inhabitants and stops the ceremony. Making a Flying Man its ambassador, it comes to life under the eyes of the guests while people make the place their place. Among them, a Young Boy is can’t help but stare at the man in the air.
Behind The Scenes
As it often happens today, we had 5 days to write and sketch this show. More, we'll have had to produce it in 1 month if we have won (in fact we finished 2nd on 20 companies). Working faster doesn't mean to work worse, it just means to stretch your days. Right before, we had broken our record. Client's call at 6pm and presentation the day after at 10am. Original idea, synopsis, direction statement and 1 sketch in 16 hours. Nothing scares us anymore ! (but we won't get upset with you, if you give us time).
No video for this show, so let's listen to some music that inspired the show.
